Terms of Service

Effective: March 13, 2026

1. Overview

GPUSupply.ai operates as a compute infrastructure brokerage. We connect enterprise teams seeking GPU capacity with vetted infrastructure providers. By using this website and submitting forms, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Role

We are a broker, not a provider. We facilitate introductions and help match your requirements with appropriate providers. We do not own, operate, or manage GPU hardware or data center facilities. All infrastructure services are delivered by third-party providers.

3. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate availability information, hardware specs, and pricing estimates, these may change without notice. Actual pricing, availability, SLAs, and terms are determined solely by the infrastructure provider you engage with.

4. Form Submissions

Information submitted through our Allocation Request or Provider Intake forms is used to process your inquiry. By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted by our team regarding your request.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of GPUSupply.ai and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

GPUSupply.ai is not liable for any decisions made based on information presented on this website. We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or service quality of any third-party infrastructure provider.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
